The stall of a female food vendor in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has been demolished by the state’s Task Force after she allegedly turned down the advances of a task team member.

One of the task force officials had been courting her for two months, according to sources, but she had consistently denied him.

Hurt by the rejection, the man stormed her shop on Ada George Road in Port Harcourt with other officials and forced it to close, claiming that it was on the road.
